A couple of 1084e display bugs

First, the scenario selection button on the main game menu doesn't display.

Second, from time to time, aircraft don't display in the combat animations.

I've reinstalled from scratch four times and still get these.

I'm running Windows XP Pro on a MacBook Pro, Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.33 GHz, 1 processor, two cores, 4 MB L2 cache, 2 GB memory.

BTW, what should the switch settings for this configuration be?
