What does the tool do ?

The tool was the request of the community and i decided to do besides my MF project. The tools creates a random number of Free Agents and gives you influence on the retirement process of the game. So the the tow parts of the utilty are

a) "Free Agent" - Simulator

At the start of season some players of a team will file for FA. The number of players is fixed or random (and here based on an average value - like 5%). A player can file for FA when he has played an certain amount of years.

b) Retirement

After each season a player can retire. This is a very simplified version and retirement is based only on age.

All variables (FA: minimum years etc, Retirement: age modifier) can be edited. Before all changes of a player status are finally saved the League Commissioner can claim exemptions.
