Looking for an experienced japanese opponent (closed)

Hi I'm looking for an experienced japanese opponent for the #1 scenario. My requirements are:

Historical start.
Surprise on.
KB must retire on dec8 (historically they had no fuel, not modelled in game)
No resource bombing in china (manpower, HI and LI can be targeted however)
The last three requirements are open for negotiation, as is PDU. My opponent can propose additional house rules if he wishes.

About myself. I've played several WITP PBEM campaigns, most notably against Andy Mac and pauk, and a few other opponents as well, although i've never finished one.

I can probably do a turn per day this year, although in spring the turns might slow down. We'll see how things turn out.

My previous opponent felt that these house rules (esp. historic start.) are too harsh. I'm therefore prepared to relenquish my historic start requirement, but that would mean additional house rules.

So, if anyone is interested speak up.
