Take control of Turkey by whatever method suits you (F11 works). [:)]

TAB around all unmoved units, just to show you can.

Travel to BURSA in NW Turkey.

Delete the frozen unit there.

TAB around again.

Viola! Instant ghost division. [:D]

(advanced: notice that this unit should not have been TAB'able in the first place)
