can't finish loading troops

Seems to be a bit of a problem loading troops. There is one task force in Bombay loading the remnants of the Australian 9th division, and another at Munda loading the remnants of the Americal division. Both task forces show “loading troops”, but there are no troops left on land to load! The TF’s are as loaded as they are going to get because there are not more troops to load. Yet turn after turn the TF sits in port. How can I get my task forces on their way and combine my divisions?

This happens to me all the time. I just set the TF to Unload. Then Cancel. Then Do Not Unload. Then undock and on they go to their destination. Probably has something to do with playability. The opposite also occurs during setting up a TF. I confirm the load. it says 100% and then leaves port with remnants languishing in all the sin spots in port. I used to mention this stuff but was told by a developer that it improves playability so I look for workarounds instead. Now I never let a TF leave port until I know that all the little bits and pieces are on board. Thomas Cook would be proud.
