Naval Intercept Problem

The French Navy at Le Havre can move out freely and the British Ships will not intercept. I set this up after the British Player brought it to my attention. So I am sure all of the British Fleets are set to intercept same area only. I also like the concept when giving Orders if you click on Nelson you can pick Outflank ect.

Can you tell me more about what the GBR player did in his/her turn?

I did this one, I ran it from the auto backup file. I went in to every fleet and set it to Intercept this sea zone only and I also made sure No Evade was picked.

Did you change the leader around at all? This should not matter but I have found the problem BUT not the cause!
