Problem with victory and strange Moon Rise time

I am playing as the Luftwaffe ED 1940 long campaign. At the end of turn 77 I have achieved Score 16 (AS 9, Industry 3, Terror 4) and the game has not ended as a Luftwaffe Victory. Also the Moon rises at 39:25. Here is a screenshot:
