Bombardment settings? only 2 rounds fired?

ran a mighty bombardment mission last turn with all my BB's and CA's.

Was quite surprised to see that the battleships only fired 2 of their main battery rounds.

Is there a way to insure they use 'the big stuff'? I expected a slaughter, as the enemy troops were freshly ashore, and their tp's were just leaving the scene. the CA's fired their whole load - but not the battleships. I had a separate force screening the bombardment force, so I definitely wasnt worried about them jumping me with a suprise task force and having to hold back some ammo.

Never seen ships fire less than the standard 1/2 ammo load in a bombardment unless it was due to ops point use.

Aggression solves most problems. Try a tf commander w/ higher aggression.
