Campaign Game Question

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Campaign Game Question

Post by Michael T »

I don't have this game yet. I used to play the original version. I liked the daylight bombing campaign very much, but found the night bombing less interesting. My question is, is it possible in this new version to play out the entire day campaign without the night campaign? TIA

Since you played the old version, remember you can set Bomber Command and 205 Group on AUTO. Let the staff handle those commands.

Go into Set Bomber Targets, select Bomber Command and or 205 Group, plot all raids.

True, but what about the German player? He still has to play out his side at night. From your answer I guess the night side is still in the game. Pity, thats a show stopper for me. I would have liked to see a purely day campaign scenario created that covered the 43-45 period. With historical RAF Bomber Command damage to targets included. Oh well thanks for the info.
