trade routes

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

trade routes

Post by adamcs »

Hi,

It must be my mistake, but I can't find the answer to my question in the manual. How can you change the trade route? I remember reading about it but I can't find it. So annoying[:@]

Thanks.

You can't. It must

1) Be formally cancelled (and take a -30 hit to NM I think). I think other countries diplomats can also do this through a successful Stop Trade Route.

OR

2) Must not be able to be fulfilled for a few turns (3?) (ie. 1 partner or the other must not be able to meet the requirements of the trade) No NM hit

OR

3) No valid route between provinces (because one/both the the trading countries are at war with another power that blocks trade routes) No NM hit

OR

4) I believe EMBARGO treaty term stops all trade routes between 2 designated parties (not sure about NM hits)
