My discount code also did nothing. I purchased anyway. Full price. I'm also happy with the game.

I don't expect anything. Not worth the time to sort it out. Maybe I did something wrong on my end.

However, if you really feel the need to get me a discount....I'm planning on buying BTR as well.

Anyway, you guys are great. This addiction is actually fairly low cost compared to anything else.

Great game.

Unfortunately my discount did not work either. I thought the discount was applied after checkout, but as it seems, my card was charged full price. I have a Help request in with support, hopefully this can be resolved and my card credited.

Great news, unfortunately I've already purchased WitP under the old policy just so I could buy WitP-AE when it released.

Any chance of a refund?

Just a suggestion really, but if there's any chance of actually adding the discount to the checkout as a sub-total then that would help idiots like me a lot in future to see whether the discount has or has not been applied - especially true for those of us who are paying in something other than USD ;)

May I ask what the price for AE is, in GBP (pounds sterling) both before and after discount, as a download only?

Erik,

Getting the code was successful. However, in placing my order the code would not show the discount. Have sent an update of the issue to help/desk Dis-regard issue solved.

Note: the issue has been resolved. The code had the number 0. I thought it was the letter "o" re-ordered and was successful.

Erik said 3 months after introduction date. I believe It came out July 27

So October 27? Erik would have to confirm that.

Anyone know exactly what day this expires? Is it 10/27/09?

Just entered my email and serial code. Got my promo code but don't think I will have money to purchase this before the trial runs out in a few days.

I wish I could do something but I wont have money for this for a few months and even then idk as much as I love it if I can justify droping $100 on a game.

Perhaps I will have to stick with RHS.

As for your shortage of funds, I hope things work out for you.

Now that sounds like a PLAN that could work.

Flawless excecution. Got my discount and downloaded the game and had it up and running in 15 minutes from the first reading on the forums.

Outstanding job matrix. [:D]

Same here, could not have been more flawless!

Oh, fnark! I got the code a couple of days ago, but was busy so I couldn't buy the game until today. And when I get to the purchase page I see the screaming red text saying that the offer is only valid for the first 90 days after the release. :( Is the promo over? The discount was just the thing to push me over the "must buy" edge.

Just a thought, trying calling them on the telephone and asking for clemency.

Who's Clemency and what can he do for me?
