Games freezes during replay

Hi there,

in my PBEM against SubCaptain, a major carrier battle occurred this turn. However, after the battle, at the point where the planes from disabled carriers are diverted elsewhere, the game freezes. I can still move the mouse pointer, but nothing happens.

I am *almost* sure the game isn´t yet done diverting planes yet, as one carrier that got hit hard hasn´t had any of its planes diverted at the point when the game freezes; of course, I cannot check if it is really hit hard enough to disable it, or if the planes from my opponent´s disabled carriers have been diverted yet.

Any advice on what I might try, or what might be wrong?

Are you running version 1084e?

Exactly the same problem I had. Fixed (I think) with the 1084e hotfix.

I thought I was, I had downloaded it, but apparently I forgot to apply it.

I just updated, though, and ran the turn again - the results were different, but the game froze at the same point in the turn, this time just after the last (I assume) air attack of the AM phase but before I got any messages about planes diverting.

My opponent and I both applied the hotfix and re-ran the turn - the same bug still strikes.
