Attempting to lift a Brit blockage with FR fleet, get this error message:

Cannot open file.Data\programtext\coombatlabels0.txt.

Vista 64 bit, version 1.06 latest patch

Look at the release notes! There is a tip or 2 about running on Vista!
I believe you should be setting the compatibility option for the app!
