1 Long Campagin or 2?

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

1 Long Campagin or 2?

I was thinking about picking this up. I have 1 question. Does the game transition smoothly between the BoB and the allied bombing campaign, or is it basically 2 seperate games?

Hey Ryvan <S>

It is 2 separate Campaign Groups. Each has 2 relatively Long Term campaigns and several smaller campaigns that are basically pieces of the larger ones in each group. The two groups are Battle of Britain and Bombing The Reich.

I would recommend you cruise around this forum and check out some of the topics. Lots of screenies and AAR threads, short Q&A discussion threads. I think it may help you get a feel for what it is.

This is a Strategy Game not a Flight Sim. If you are looking for Flight Sim check out Battle of Britain II Wings of Victory. That combines Strategy with Flight Sim for BOB. THis is very challenging IMHO but well worth the effort to master or in my case "Get beyond the P-Own'd Stage" [8D]

Ryvan, there is also a longer 'what if' Battle of Britain 1941 campaign, simulating if Hitler had decided to keep up the air attacks on England rather that switch his attention to Russia.

Thanks for the help. I'm familiar with the game concept, having played the 2 earlier games. I've found a lot of good info on this forum but just couldn't figure out the one question. Thanks again!
