Updates problem

went to the Check Update Button on the Play War in the Pacific A.E. screen. Worked through the various buttons and eventually got:
Error: Update information for War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition could not be downloaded. Please contact Matrix Games for help.

So, I'm doing that.

Terminus -- seen your handle on the forums several times. Thanks for all the tips there.   However, this is still not working. From this link, it did download update.exe (TrueUpdate Client) to the WITPAE directory. However, when I double clicked on that file, it gave me the same Creating Handle window and then the same error message I sent yesterday.   Thanks for the help and response.   Andy
