What to do with all that oil in LA for the Americans?

Should I leave it all there to be slowly converted to fuel or ship some of it somewhere like OZ?

Oil isn't the 2 for 1 that it used to be in WitP.

Fuel is what OZ needs so it's more efficient to load fuel in your tankers in LA.

Allies have no need to move oil.

Lots of oil in OZ wont hurt I try to get as much of it from DEI to OZ as I can, so a few hundred thousand
points of oil wont hurt oz Especialy if hes making it hard to get fuel there in the mid game.
