Question about German Pilots

Question about German Pilots

Is there some limit on how many pilots you can get in one day?

I have two 36 plane squads that have two pilots each
They have not gotten more no matter what I do.

Yes, there is a limit, it varies with time, but a unit must also have aircraft to receive pilots. Are the units low on aircraft, too?

Nope they are maxxed out

I'd have to check my records, but in the old BTR game the germans were getting approx 35 new pilots per day in Aug -Sep 1943. The mixture of day to night pilots varied, but I think was generally 5 night pilots and 30 day pilots. Nothing like stating the obvious, but if you are loosing more than these numbers per day then some units won't be restocked with pilots.

PS I'll have to confirm those numbers. Also the new gAme may have different placement rates.
