+/- how many Rifle squads does Japan by default make pr month in 1942 ?
And how meny men = 1 IJA Rifle Squad in AE?

As long as you have a decent size ARMAMENT and VEHICLE pool, you shouldn't really worry about production. Manpower is just about unlimited. You do need to build a reserve in both pools to round out later game reinforcements, which will suck the pool dry. In 1942 though, you will find you have plenty of replacements.

Infantry squad has so many man as it has load cost i think
