Surely not bombard, AI seems fond of visiting ports with medium surface. Feel yourself lucky having 5 BB sitted there and luck/good deploy with your searching planes... a visit at pearl with a pair of cargo/transport TF docked can be VERY amusing.

Its a script error.
 
Best thing you can do is step in an cancel the TF or just ignore it
