Inactive TF's docking

I have several TF's in a level 1 port each of 1 x 1750 tons that auto dock up to the port limit each turn. During the orders phase I undock them but they know better and "jetty up" again. I don't wish to disband them. Is it possible to have them stay undocked until I order otherwise?

I can't answer your first question and I can't directly answer your second question but I will note that "undock" goes at least back to the 1828 Webster's.

OK, at least I know I haven't missed anything obvious which is always a worry with something this detailed. The suggestion of an additional command for inport (new meaning - old word) TF's looks like a simple fix that would ease my workload. I look forward to seeing it in patch 2.001.

On another topic; I would like to congratulate all designers, developers and forum controllers for their time and efforts with "Admiral's edition", for me it is rated five stars in the cold coffee ratings.

No one posted that it will ever be done for any patch, just that it wouldn't be considered for Patch 2.
