Couple bugs notiched 1.0603

Situation, Spain DOW's Algeria, Turkey DOW's Spain as support to Algeria, Spain calls his minor allies Portugal and Naples, gamelog shows correctly the 2PP for Naples, and 1 PP for Portugal. However while it shows in gamelog, it did not add them on the pp-status board.
Marshall if you need files, I can try backtrack it, but let me know.

Lend corps&fleets, should be returned after end of all land moves, in eco-turns they are not returned till after eco-phase, meaning loaner pays the upkeep.
