Turkey unable to get 3 Provinces/Minors?

Hi guys.
I'm playing beta 1.07.00.
Is it possible that Turkey in unable to get 3 Provinces/Minors on a unconditional victory?

To check this i started a new game as Turkey and dowed Austria. As seen in other bugreports Austria ran back to vienna. I slowly moved to vienna (due to money), occupied Klausenberg (capital of Transylvania) and Temesavar (capital of Military Border) and additionally have one corps in East Hungary. After winning the battle of vienna and besieging it, Austria mostly surrenders to me (reloaded the games several times to see if i get chosen victory conditions (3 Provinces/Minors, forced access and 36 month peace)).
Every time when Austria surrenders i only get the 36 month peace, no forced access and no Provinces/Minors

This worked fine for me in 1.07.01 (The latest 1.07 BETA).

Ok, just installed 1.07.01
Working for me now. But in 1.07.00 it did not work and i haven't seen any bugreport with this

I haven't looked but I do remember this being reported (actually, by a tester). I will look at to identify!
