Patch feedback - no combat summaries

Weird. I get combat summary screens for air combat only. Naval combat and ground combat do not show animations of summary screens, air combat shows both

You might try the reboot solution suggested for similar experiences elsewhere. I not seeing these issues, so I don't think it universal.
