Whats with the exclamation point?

I noticed an exclamation point next too wake island any insight as too what that means,,,[8|]

Take a look at the addendum that came with the patch, it means that the base has less than double it's supply need.

In the patch notes it tells you that it is for bases that have less than 2X supply if its yellow and less than 1x if it is red. Just a handy reminder to put your supply where you need it[;)]

It's explained in the interface addendum that came with the download, it says yellow means base is below 2x needed supply but above minimum and red- had a partisan attack due to low garrison or supply level is reaching critical.

A red exclamation point is also used to show where there has been partisan activity and you get crossed swords on hexes that had land combat last turn.
