Computer locks up when exiting game

Computer locks up when exiting game

As stated in the title the game locks up my computer every time I exit the game and the only way to recover is to push the reset button or turn the computer off. Any ideas what's causing it? Any body else having this problem?

System Spec:
AMD Phenom II X4 940
ATI 4870 w/512meg
Vista 64 Ultimate
8 gig memory
