Help/Question Category Needed

I recommend creation of a new category in which questions about playing the game can be asked, and answered. This would not concern bugs or problems. It would also serve the purpose of creating a database of Frequently Asked Questions.

And my first question is, how do terraforming and weather control work, i.e., what in-game effects do they have? What are their good and bad points. Aroddo has explained in another thread how building of asteroid and comet mines in poor systems is not a good idea. Hint, Aroddo, give us similar information on terraraforming and weather control, and consider moving that post too to the new Help/Question category.
