game doesn't start

Hello,

Game does not load past menu screen to select eagle day or bombing the reich; constant "hourglass" clocking; walked away for an hour and no change; get past all three into videos fine; dxdiag attached; running vista64

that hourglass is not the game waiting

it runs good on my vista 64, do you have the beta patch installed ?

it almost sounds like Vista is waiting for promission

(I am not a tech type, so just going by what I am reading)

Thanks for the reply. I've tried running the BTR executable directly as administrator, same result. Where do I grab the beta patch? (nothing to lose [:)] !)

go to the members area, (top of the page) if you have the game reg. you should be able to download the beta patch
