Does this have Tin Soldiers move phases?

Based on Slitherine’s popular tabletop wargaming system by the same name, Field of Glory now comes to the PC in a faithful adaptation of this acclaimed miniatures wargame! Without the calculations and measurements required for a tabletop game of Field of Glory, the PC version accurately represents Ancient and Medieval combat where you make the important and fun decisions on the battlefield. This forum also supports the Rise of Rome, Storm of Arrows and Immortal Fire expansions to Field of Glory.

But Tin Soldiers was good anyway, and I love this one as well. [:)]

The only way Tin Soldiers beats Field of Glory is the 3D. FoG is a topdown/isolinear 2D view.

But the somewhat active multiplayer community and the PBEM matchmaking system is the one that really got me interested.

Tin Soldiers is an excellent game. I have many hours into it, but I did not want another game with those types of phases.

FoG is infinitely superior to Tin Soldiers, IMO. The latter game had no editor, no difficulty level (in Alexander anyway) and if a patsy like me got stuck on the first scenario, then might as well throw the CD out. No way to continue to play it, which I thought was ridiculous.
