How long is a year?

From the front lines in France and Russia to the deserts of North Africa and the airfields and convoys of Britain, the campaigns of World War II are yours to command in WW2: Time of Wrath! If the game turns represent one week....aka;
Jan 1
Jan 9
Jan 16
Jan 24
Feb 1
etc....

Has anybody noticed which months have 5 weeks?
Assume nothing.

All months are four weeks, so this means that the year has got 48 weeks.
You can change that in consts.csv file if you wish.
