saves ctd if preferences are changed.

hi,

I noticed that the game crashes to desktop if I try to load a saved game with different unit preferences.(happens with all saved games.)

Games are still playable as long as I use the same units that were used when the games were saved. Once the saved game loads I am able to change unit preferences again.

As I said the games are playable but I thought it would be good to bring this situation to tech support's attention.

changing counter sets on preference screen.

here's a sequence---
I save a game and go to the main menu.
I change the counter set to something else in preferences,
try to load the above save and it ctd.
I change back to the counter set used at the time of the save and it loads fine. I can then change counters to another set while playing the saved game.

seems to happen with stock or modded counter sets;(first thing I checked because I use different counter mods)

just tried again and all seems fine, strange.


sorry if I wasted your time, it may be me but was unable to load saves with different counters for days. now it works!
