Swedish army units

Just a thought, but given that Sweden starts the game with Winter fighting I & II, is there actually any benifit from Swedish units also having the 'Polar Bear' attribute?

I.e. if I overwrite the 'Polar Bear' attribute with say, 'Steady', is there going to be any loss to the units fighting capabilities during the Winter months?

I tried to "overwrite" special abilities in COG and found it not to work, unlike the way it works in Forge of Freedom. I think I reported this as a bug, because it deducts the experience cost and then doesn't change the attribute.

Also, for MP play, I am fairly sure that "polar bear" has a specific effect on your units no matter where/when you are fighting (like all attributes). Somewhere there is a QC effects table that tells what the effect is for Offense/Defense/Morale and I don't THINK it changes based on location or weather. (Not at home now so can't tell you specifically what it is for polar bear))
