More fragment problems

I'm playing ver1095, on Mar 31, 1942. Lark Bn (Aussie) is in New Britain, but a fragment (1x25 pounder) is swimming in the ocean near San Diego, and will not move or load to amphib or transport TF. I also have a fragment of 2nd Marine Raiders Bn with no location and no assets. How can I delete or move these?
I also had part of the Aussie 7th infantry jump off the train between Perth and Brisbane and refuse to reboard. Its a long walk across Oz!
