Patch 2 PDU broken

Playing long campaign PBEM with PDU on. Pre-patch 2 PDU was working fine. Now, post patch, the preferences show PDU as on, but at least on the Japanese side it acts as if PDU is off. I can suddenly only upgrade the air unit to it's historically designated upgrade.

I am checking with my opponent to see if he is seeing the same problem.


Please advise.

Try right clicking the "Do not Upgrade" button. It gave a list of choices for me. I have not run a turn yet to be absolutely sure it works. See:

Post a current save here and let me know what group(s) to look at.

Problem fixed. The hints given by others solved the problem.

For whatever reason, now you have to click first on the arrow next to the "do not upgrade" and then click on whatever airplane comes up to get the list of aircraft. Before, you could just click directly on the aircraft to get the list.

Whatever works....

I don't see a problem

I left click on the clickable text (Just as it says in the manual, page 148) and the list of upgradable a/c appears (If and only if PDU is active). No change

As the Interface Addendum says, the patch added the arrow to the left of the clicable text to provide a quick way to enable/disable upgrade. However the PDU upgrade list is selected by the clickable text, just as it always was.
