Can't transfer air groups to or between CVs

Can't transfer air groups to or between CVs

Since the last patch hit I can't get any USN or USMC air groups to transfer to or between CV's. My CV's have plenty of space, they are in air range, in some cases in the same TF.

Is this a bug? Never had this issue in years of playing WITP.

Are the groups assigned to restricted HQs?

No they are 'Independnet' or 'pacific fleet' and all unrestricted.  What gives?  Any help would be great as I'm going for the Marshall's this weekend with CV's at 60% capacity and TB groups sitting on Wake waiting to load.

Well without more information it is a bit hard to say what is wrong.
How about a save?
Or screen shots of the group in question and the ship?
