Exit Screen button

Re the Exit Screen button on the Introductory / BOB/BTR game option screen ( button located at bottom right of screen )

Using my preferred resolution of 1024 x 768 I find that the exit screen button is not visible at all on the introductory page and therefore I have to use CTL-ALT-DEL to exit the game .

Is it at all possible to move the exit screen button to somwhere central on the introduction page so it can be more readily available?

I wonder if anyone else has this problem with the exit button ?

escape is usually mapped to the exit screen or "quit" buttons.

This should not happen in full-screen, I personally would not run windowed mode on that size screen.
