Declared War but can't invade

Declared War but can't invade

Playing a game as Germany.. Declared War on Belgium, but can't seem to move my units over the borders.. tried ending turn.. but next turn same thing. .units won't move forward.. When I go to check in Diplomacy screen it does say we're at war.. Is there something I'm missing here?

Just a wild idea, but mistakes happen - Belgium, or Netherlands - is it possible?

My Bad.. I could've swore I declared War.. Also when looking at Diplomacy screen down below it said at war with Germany... but the third turn, the Declare War button was clickable again, and I was able to invade ... sorry
