India-Australia Extra reinforcements

I've done a search for this info here and in the manual but have been unable to find it. Does anyone know what the map boundaries are for activating the extra reinforcements that come with invading Northern India and Southern Australia??
Sometimes things said in Nitwit sound very different in English.
