It was...
The IJN had a fixation on hitting Moresby and Milne Bay, then cruising down to the Solomons to get polished off.[;)][:D]

Just about every capital ship was done in by Allied LBA.

Wow, look at the operational loss ratio vs. sorties flown!  What would account for this huge of a margin?

0.09% doesn't look at all bad...

Compare it to the allied human player results.

That is the allied human result, 9 losses for every 10000 sorties, compared to just over double that for the Japanese (who would suffer from declining pilot quality given all the other losses - so it looks about right).

Curious at Missions over 1000 plus for pilots, I thought the Allied pilots rotate out after so many missions?

Am I incorrect? Just an assumption.

Just the Americans I think.

That's probably why so many Commonwealth pilots are at the top of the list.

US rotation keeps out any heavy hitters.[:D]

I was also curious about the C-47 air kills.

I never flew them into contested air space.
Is this a way for the AI to gain more points?
More than likely the losses were operational.

As a former tester I was still looking for bugs.
Later war stuff that might've been missed in the shuffle.
Good news is that I haven't had many.
The game played pretty well, with only a few CTD's.
Mostly on the air withdrawl screen, when I tried to upgrade a unit from there.

Played on historical.
Didn't want to get frustrated with results that I thought might be wacky.[:D]

Besides, I knew later on in the game, my focus would be on moving troops.
Invasions and troop reinforcement has become an art now.[;)]
