I have the old versions from Talonsoft. Are there enough new bells and whistles in the Matrix version to make it a worthwhile purchase?

There are no bells and whistles to the Napoleonic and Civil War titles except to incorporate all the 32 bit patches and to make it compatible with Vista and Windows 7. They are a good buy for the money.

If you are talking about Hard Sarge's beloved "Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich"... that baby is loaded with changes and improvements - so go buy that one.
