can't draw replacements

I recently learned about the withdraw/disband function for air groups to put extra planes in the replacement pool to restock my front line air units that have been depleated. I have used this to success except in one case in which I cannot figure out. I have a bleinheim bomber squadron with 5/12 planes in Indonesia. I withdrew 2 squads from the Canadian cities and the pool now shows 55 avail planes. In the 5/12 group the button for drawing a plane shows 55 but it is grayed out. The base (Batvia) has 21k supplies on hand. This base was able to draw a lot of B-17Es that I threw into the pool in the same manner. Any ideas on why I cannot pull these planes out of the pool and make my unit full strength?

I presume your squadron is at Batavia with 20k supplies. Look to see if there's a fragment of the squadron somewhere else. Otherwise, if you've got 20k(+) supplies, you can always draw replacements.

oh I didnt think about that.  I know there is a squad of that type of bombers which was fragmented, it has to be this one I imagine.  I will check next time i play.  Thanks!

That was it, there was a fragment of the group in another city, i have it on a ship now so it can regroup with the main fragment.  Thanks for the tip!
