Crash to desktop when opening air units

Hi. I've had 3 crashes to desktop in short order and every time it was when opening an air unit. The first time I think I'd opened an air unit or two before clicking on the Hudsons in Fiji (it's New Years Day, '42). The second and third times it happened the first time I opened an air unit in the game--one was a PBY at PH and the other was the figter sqdn on the Saratoga.

I installed the hot fix to the latest update shortly after it came out, but I THINK I'd played a turn or two before this started happening.

Any ideas before I go through the hassle of reinstalling?? Thanks.

What is the version information from the main screen top right section of screen?

The only idea I have is that there is one or more art files that are missing or corrupted. I remember having a similar problem with CHS when I had the wrong ship are files.

The version says- V1.02.1096 DEC19 2009 10:33:28

I guess I'll reinstall everything and see what happens.
