Hey JMass,

Very nice!

Keep the faith, the patch is coming and is going to be bigger and better than initially thought [;)]

Very nice!

Hey Stridor,

I modded the Model 1942 winter texture but now I discovered a quick system to winterize tanks by working on levels, contrast etc. , I done the KV-85 below in about fifteen minutes.

Thanks, I'll keep it strong! [;)]

Those are both great. (But I have issues with your other tread packs though). But those are stock quality Good --as was your other T34 skins way before (I believe they were yours).

If you want you --or someone-- should gather all the Russian skins here abouts (using the MODs sticky above and other searches, since the sticky stopped being updated years ago) and package them up. I would hope they-- and help them to-- get in the patch (and you will probably get on the huge team). Russian skins are something the patch lacks.

Now that I found the quick method I'll try to do all the Russian winter skins missing, about twenty, but don't wait for me!

I haven't looked at the units your skinning but do these units have winter skins already that you're changing or are these units winter skin-less?

If they were winter skin-less, do their respective XMLs map/point to both winter and summer skins, or just one/ the default?

I ask because if the XMLs as they are now before you touch them don't map to both seasons, it will be hard for people to install your skins after the "official patch" since XML changes(that you will make) will prevent your work from being used in tornies and saved games.

Do you get me?

Mobius do you like those skins for the late heavies?

The Russians did white wash in winter right?

Yes, are winter skin-less but I am working hard to complete them in time for the patch.

All the versions of IS-2, the IS-1 and the KV-85 are ready...

KV-2s, SU-122, SU-152, T34-85, BT-7, T-26, Matilda are ready. Now I am working on M3 Stuart, Valentine and some treads, if possible I would redo T-34s, KV-1s and the SU-76.

Sounds good! There may have been some work done on the 39 and 40 KV-1s at least, I'm not sure. I imagine Spellir or Mobius would know.

Thanks!
