Can't run battles

I have the latest drivers and meet all the specifications but as soon as I select to run a battle the game locks up and I have to manually reboot my computer. Everything else runs fine and if I let the compter fight the battles all is fine as well.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

AMD Athlon 64x2 core processor 4600+ 2.41 Ghz 2.00 GB ram

Nvidia 9400 G-Force 9400GT 512 MB 128 bit

With latest drivers.

There is a known issue with the NVida cards, try reducing the settings to minnimum. Or a particular setting (I'm not sure which). You would've known if you had checked some of the other threads Tech Support threads.
