Picking Naval and Land Orders for GB and FR

How do I alter my naval order for GB or my land order for FR? I can't find the "easy button" lol.

It can only be changed in the reinforcement phase. The button is on the second page of buttons. Go to the set of buttons at bottom right of the screen, click the big arrow at the bottom right and the second set of buttons will appear, it's one of them.
