Question about production

Hi folks!

I have one question for you. When does the production reaches a HQ? At the end of your current turn or at the beginning of your next turn?
It is important for me because Rafael is killing me even without my ignorance about basic staff like that. And on the eastern front it´s kind of stupid thing to do when I empty HQ (at city) thinking that will get full production when I end my turn,and that reinforcements never come? Or do they...

Oh men, Stalin will have me shot for losing major cities AND not paying attention at war school[:D].
Help me out will u?

At the beginning of the next turn. You can see this when a city is at the end of your turn still connected to your HQ, but during the AI/enemy turn it is cut off from your HQ. Then the PP never reaches your HQ but stays in the PP line. Say you produce 2 armoured cars, the next turn it will say: producing 2 armoured cars, 2 left. The moment you reconnect supply lines with that city/HQ again four cars arrive all at once in your HQ.
If your HQ is in the same city though it allways arrives at your HQ.... unless your opponent bombs the city to zero production points (strategic bombers...)

But what hapened if suplay cannot reach the HQ? They stay in production center I know that.
I was producing 1000 suplay per turn in Saigon. I order that suplay should be send to London ( attached it to HQ in London ) and it failed. I notice this mistake after few turns so I had 4000-5000 suplay left in Saigon. Then I attach Saigon to Australia HQ. Same results. Then I menage to attach it to India HQ and it was sending 1000 suplays per day, and all suplays that were stored were lose once when Japan jumps in. I am talking about WaW_Revised_1R_Beta.pt2
So how tu transfer a huge ammounts of stored suplay from a production center to HQ in one turn?????
