Can host change skip options?

Empires in Arms is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. Empires in Arms is a seven player game of grand strategy set during the Napoleonic period of 1805-1815. The unit scale is corps level with full diplomatic options

Does anyone know if the host can change the skip settings set by another player?

LOL! That would certainly do it!

Actually as a workaround it would be OK. Find a nation not allied, get them to declare war, host refunds the PPs, next turn they make informal peace. No damage done, skipping cancelled.

Yes, it would, but we were caught in the old 1.06 single phase skip bug, and this did not pop up until the reinforcement phase. It is a good idea though.
