Bad CD Key?

I just receieved this game from Naval Warfare Simulations. The CD key does not work. What do you advise?

First I would double check that it was entered properly, no spaces with dashes like, "9876-5432-1098-7654", without the quotes.  If that doesn't work send it to me in a PM, and I will check it out.

All I have on the disk is a 'CD Number' which is 20 digits with no special characters, and an 'Order ID' which is the first 9 digits of the CD Number.

There is nothing on the CD sleeve.
