Problem running EIA : "DIVISION BY ZERO"

Just downloaded Empires in Arms from the Matrix online store. Installed version 1.0 and immediately applied to most recent patch. Upon running the game it goes through the start up screen and after a few seconds gives me a windows error "Division by zero" and crashes.

I am running Windows XP on a Dell XPS laptop.

Anybody have any ideas on how to resolve this?

I would remove it and do a complete re-install. Something may have got corrupted the first time.

It depend by the DPI number you use in your graphic setting.
With the standard 96 no errors will be displayed.

I've had the same error. with my LCD monitor i must use 120 DPI for optimal visulization.
Using EiAnW i've immediatly had division by 0 error.
So, i've changed to 96 just to test EiA (and it work), than i've change again to 120 and waiting for solutions. I need to use it with 120 DPI.
Important, when you change icon size, you must restart your machine.

96dpi is the only supported dpi setting that we utilize. We do not intend to move to 120dpi at this time.
