Scroll not working for planetary fleets

When im trying to see the fleets of a planet, only the first 6 types show up. The scroll bar will move but will not show anymore. This is G in 3.3.1, pg 25 in the digital manual.

The scroll bar is actually for the boxes of Planetary Defenses, and becomes useful late in game with all the possible missiles and orbitals.  To get a detailed list of all your ships at a planet, click on the tab at the top above the name of the planet.

I havent noticed it scrolling that either, it appears to do nothing.

It does do nothing, until you have 9 different types of planetary defenses, which usually only happens late game, if at all.  [:(]
