WiTP:AE serial number

I purchased a brand new copy of WiTP:AE through NWS, so I have the physical copy.

When I tried to install it, I got stopped by the SN. There are two numbers on the disk, a Disk # and an "order #".

Neither of those numbers work. I can't find any other SN in/on the package.

Any idea what's going wrong here?

I have a ticket with Matrix, but it's been over a day since I filed it without an answer, and I'd like to play my game. (I paid enough for it... [;)]

Not yet, I've assumed I was doing something wrong, as the SN dialog says "you'll find the number on the disk"

Is there any way to contact support aside from the ticket system? It's been since Tuesday night that I filed the ticket, and I haven't heard a thing from Matrix. I'm getting very frustrated at this point. I've emailed NWS as well (earlier this morning) and haven't heard from them yet.

Not that I am aware of. The only person I know is on vacation.

NWS was able to solve my problem (Thanks Chris!), so am installing now!
